We stayed in the family room. It was very handy to have a sink in each room. Beds were very comfy. Luxury bathroom with an amazing free standing bath. Breakfast was a highlight with so much variety and everything cooked to perfection. Location is amazing, felt in the middle of nature!

Beautiful, incredibly preserved small market town. The weather didn't allow us to explore close surroundingds as we wished. The town itself has got plenty of pubs, cafes, gift shops, art shops. The parking was not good steep narrow road I think once inside the property there was 44 steps or stairs some very steep and narrow, wouldn’t recommend to guests with any type of mobility issues. Lounge furniture needs replacing very old and uncomfortable lounge smelt musty. One of the bedrooms very damp with mushroom type mould Growing on wall and carpet. Bathrooms very nice modern plenty of them. Everything you needed supplied in the kitchen. Beds very comfortable lovely bedding. A well maintained property, with delightful hosts. Breakfasts very good. Lovely gardens and views of the countryside/hills. Room facilities good, comfy & cosy. I plan to stay here again when next visiting the area. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Good base for lots of things. great walking area. I used it as a base for a golfing break as it's in the centre of a triangle of some great links golf courses incl St David's [Harlech], Aberdovey, and Porthmadog, And the spectacular Welshpool GC with amazing views over 5 counties! Beautiful thriving little market town with lots of unique...
Beautiful thriving little market town with lots of unique shops, as well as a few staples, and a big Spar. The restuarant that we went to (Y Sospan) was amazing. You don't need a car to get around town, and if you bring your bikes or walking gear, the estuary and mountains are yours for the views and swimming.

The staff of the hotel are really excellent, offering a much nicer experience than a standard corporate hotel chain. We felt really looked after, without being overwhelmed by too much service. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast/dining area is lovely. The same is true of the sitting room - we had a couple of nights finishing off a bottle of wine by the fire, which was magical. Dinner was great for a special occasion. I would love to come back.

We stayed in the Gwendd room which was tastefully refurbished. Bathroom was also fabulous. Little extras in the room were very much appreciated - nespresso machine, nibbles, cakes, chips, shortbreads and still and sparkling water in the mini fridge - all complimentary. Dolgellau was an intersting market town with much history and many hotels where we felt very welcome in. B & B was a 5 min walk into the centre.

There is simply so much to do in the area. Hill walking, watersports, cycling etc. The property was very spacious, with plenty of room to park all six of our cars. We absolutely loved the beautiful gardens leading down to the river, and the hot tub. Had the weather been poor, I'm sure we would have made more use of the games room.

A great find indeed ! My two children and I stayed in the "Stables" and it has everything you could possibly need for a holiday, full cooking facilities, fridge, freezer, large dining table, 3 bedrooms, including one with en suite. Lounge area. And absolutely wonderful views ! Only a 15 minute drive to the beach We felt, safe, happy and cosy ! Can't wait to return!

Provided some amazing tips on where we could visit as we were in the North of Wales to do a lot of hiking. The room was had was very spacious and had a very comfortable bed. Provided great Breakfast for the week we stayed with them. We cannot wait to visit North Wales again and stay with them.
