The hotel itself is a much higher standard than its present rating. It is superbly and tastefully decorated. Our room was perfect with its view onto an inner garden courtyard.
The owner of the hotel is absolutely delightful. Friendly, warm and welcoming. He takes great care to look after his guests.
Their was a huge choice at breakfast and the food was top quality.
The location is central yet very tranquil. We'd like to return to Orange and would 100% stay here again.

Great local, warm welcome and nice big room. Bistro restaurant served quality dishes that were good value, along with excellent local wines. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcomed everywhere. We will return on another trip.

Parking was quite difficult in Orange and you need to pay in the centre. The surrounding areas are absolutely stunning and well worth visiting especially the Gorge de la Nesque, Gorge du Verdun and of course the drive up to Mount Ventoux. The wine region is one of our favourites and there are many fantastic villages to see such as Gordes, Rousillon and L'isle sur la Sorgue (arrive early to find good parking)

After being down on the busy Cote d'Azur it was a welcome and peaceful respite. The old town is lovely and there are many cafes and restaurants to enjoy. The piece de resistance of course is the world renowned Theatre Antique amphitheatre where you can go to wonderful concerts - we went to see the unparalleled Sting.

Great peaceful, happening town.
Great peaceful, happening town. Nice size for a short visit as you can walk the major parts of the old town historic areas within an hour or less! Cute boutiques, jewelry, clothing, swimwear stores. Mostly independent shops. Saw lots of touring cyclists so the flat landscape is a big bonus for them. The Roman influence is everywhere: working amphitheatre, arc de triumph, ruins, etc. Recommend touring the amphitheatre and then going across the street to the museum. Lovely town squares with sycamore/plane trees to block out the sun. Lots of restaurant choices. Place dés herbes has a tea shop: lovely to sit outside an have a cuppa tea or coffee. Overall a peaceful quiet town of historic significance. Romans+ William of Orange/j’aoute of Nassau.

Delightful town full of Provence history - large enough to have all the facilities a traveler may want but at the same time of the non overpowering size - everywhere is accessible on foot. It also is a few minutes from the motorway so a perfect stop on a longer journey.

A superb place to visit! Very relaxing and safe with great facilities. Not to mention the amazing architecture and heritage. Orange is very clean and well looked after. The people seemed friendly. Restaurants lovely. Not much English is spoken so I got to practice my French which is a good thing :)

A pleasant town, but after seeing the main sights there is not a lot else but great starting point for many cycle routes. The Roman theater was magnificent.
Great hot chocolate and ice cream shop with a view of the theatre wall
Behind the unassuming exterior hides a gem of a place! This is a beautiful spacious apartment with large cosy comfy bedroom, a living room, big entrance area, nice little kitchen and lovely shower room. All spotlessly clean. This is topped off by a lovely pool in fairly scruffy surrounds, which come complete with cats, a chicken and a tortoise! They aren't pesky though. Set in the middle of Orange the street is pretty much pedestrianised, with shops and restaurants not too far away.

Hotel is just off the A9 motorway - just a short walk into the lovely town of Orange. This is a no frills budget hotel, but it is clean, warm, the bed is comfortable and lashing of hot water in the bathroom. The staff we met were friendly and very helpful We didn't have breakfast as prefer not to eat just before a long drive- a personal choice not a reflection on the hotel.
Noël, the owner, is an excellent host. He was so helpful and attentive.
I only stayed one night. The room was comfortable and extremely clean.
The hotel is centrally located; close to many restaurants and shops. Really ideal.
Breakfast was a buffet with plenty to choose from.
There is a large courtyard to sit, eat and relax.
Excellent value.
The position of the hotel is perfect, right near the old part of the town with lots of character, lovely setting with secure parking, very pretty court yard where you can eat your breakfast if you want. TheSu^ rooms are charming. The owners are very sweet and helpful. We loved it and will return the next time we visit Orange.
Very friendly staff and climate of family owned hotel
Perfect place for day or two in Orange
Fantastic breakfast with some of the pastries and jams made by hotel owners
Closed parking garage
Feel of old hotel that is there for years - especially our kids loved it
Outside swimming pool
It was clean
Beautiful villa within easy walking distance of the centre of Orange. Astrid is a wonderful host who welcomed us on arrival and looked after us during our two night stay. We enjoyed the fresh produce at breakfast and the small pool was a fantastic place to cool down and relax after sight-seeing.
Service and everything about the hotel is on top. Short time stay or long time stay is always highly recommended! Professional and very nice personal. Always helpful and extremely nice. Anyone who wants to stay in Chusclan, don't hesitate to stay around here !
The room was clean and comfy. The bed was comfortable. Even though it was close to motorway, it was quiet. It wasn't too far to walk into main centre of Orange for dinner. We didn't eat at the restaurant as they couldn't offer gf options.
Th location is convenient. It's near the highway and the center. We were here on Jan. 01. Everything is closed, and we were so glad the hotel offered the dinner. It was great. The staff is super friendly. The bed is super comfortable.
Plastic under the bedsheets was a bit bothersome. Hotel's water boiler was out of order, but the weather was hot enough to survive a cold shower. Guests were given a 15% discount due to the situation.
The courtyard entrance and restaurant/bar were lovely. the hotel had a great little pool to cool off after our long drive and the rooms were great, very comfortable and spacious.
We liked every in this hotel, especially the very nice (local) breakfast with new discoveries, the location (close the the center of Orange) and the parking possiblities.
the first girl that helped us was very friendly
dogs are allowed at the hotel
close by a McDonald’s, so it’s easy to grab a snack when their restaurant is closed
The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s right in the center of Orange. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel has a cosy atmosphere.
Location was good near highway. Breakfast was horrible. Parking was ok, at least the area is gated. The hotel is shabby, 2 star but promoted as 3 star.
