We enjoyed a lovely stay at Hotel Liberata, just set back from the busy beachfront of Ile Rousse. We chose a balcony room on the top floor that offered an incredible view. The room was nice and always clean and staff were friendly. The pool in the courtyard at the back was very relaxing.

Lovely beaches a wonderful market each day with local products, nice bars and restaurants. I don't think you need a car if you stay for a week as the little train takes you to various locations en route to Calvi and stops at some nice beaches.

The town is friendly and attractive.
The town is friendly and attractive. It is an excellent base for visiting Northern Corsica. There is a massive supermarket within a couple of minutes by car. The villages nearby are fantastic. We went to the beautiful villages of Speloncato, Sant Antonino and Pigna. All within easy reach of the town.

Goid variety of restaurants and bars.
Goid variety of restaurants and bars. Some nice shops to browse in a longside usual seaside type fare. Town has a good sandy beach with lots of bars dotted along it , handy for a coffee, a meal or something cold to enjoy the last of the sun. All have great views of beach, sea and mountains in the distance. The town has a railway station so great for exploring further a field either along the coastline or Inland. Although The town is compact there are lots of different areas to explore on foot and enjoy different viewing points.
There is a daily coveted market selling local produce and a few supermarkets in tne town if self catering or wanting some provisions. Lovely square which gets busy on an evening with people stopping to share a drink with friends and family.

A great place to explore, easy walking, beautiful long sandy beach, great food at reasonable prices and a good ambience. The walk to the island and lighthouse is fun, great views, or take the "petit train" there.A lovely local trip is on the metre gauge diesel railcar to Calvi, 12 euros return.
The staff of the Hotel Liberata were welcoming and extremely helpful. I arrived without my luggage and they immediately took over the telephoning to track it down and ensure it was delivered the next day. Similarly, when i needed to find a doctor, the staff went above and beyond in being helpful. I am deeply grateful for their many kindnesses. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a special fruit smoothie and scrambled eggs as desired. Easy walk to the centre and restaurants, pharmacies, grocery, ice cream, etc.
The hotel is located in the best spot it’s extremely close to the beach and the sea view is amazing! City is also very close (200m), and it’s not noisy when you’re enjoying the time on the balcony, very nice and spacious rooms (soundproof), very clean and breakfast was good too. The staff were all very nice! Also the parking is very good and safe too! Well worth the price!! We enjoyed the stay very much, and will definitely stay again!
For a star rating of 5 stars, the breakfast should be included. Not rather expensive.
The Hotel itself is amazing, facilities, staff and all, but the location wasn't described correctly. The hotel is right on the road and all you hear when outside on the grounds , laying at the pool, trying to relax is the constant noise of the cars and trucks and motorcycles racing by.
Economically sized bedroom, facing the port with a balcony. The hotel offered a good buffet breakfast for EU12 or rapide for EU6 (coffee & croissant) for the economically minded.
The hotel also offered a beach parasol and towels.
For those with an EV (hire car companies are foisting these machines on the unwary), there is a payable charging point for 2 cars nearby.

The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. We were especially blown away by the landscaping.
We loved the easy access to the coastline. Everything well thought out and designed.
Everyone working at the hotel was very kind and helpful. Hope to visit again one day.
great location, clean and pretty room (and very quiet) with all you need, lovely sea view. the hotel also has a nice private beach, a beautiful restaurant and bar to Watch the amazing sunset from and a clean and big pool area. we loved it!
The room are very beautiful and comfy. The staff is extremely helpful and kind ! They managed to hold the key I forgot during my stay at the hotel.
The breakfast is great you have a nice buffet with delicious vienoiseries.
The room was very comfortable and fresh.
Everything clean and with nice lighting.
The view to the sea was so beautiful and the hotel is very well located.
The staff people were very kind and helpful.
The property was well situated between a quiet residential/hotel area and the town. The room was airy and bright. The breakfast was extra but worth it.
