The beautiful courtyard and the lovely cats sunbathing on the roof! We also loved the owners who made our stay incredibly comfortable. The facilities are also very clean. To top it off the location is absolutely perfect, being a short walk into Antibes old town one direction and a short walk to Jean-les-pin in the other.

Antibes is a wonderful town along the French Riviera, and a good alternative to Nice as a base for a visit, especially if you want a more overall charming spot to bask in. Walking around is a delight, with lots of little surprises along the way. The Picasso Museum is excellent and well worth a visit. One restaurant that we particularly enjoyed was Le P'tit Cageot. It has a limited menu but the entrees and desserts are excellent!

One of a kind place. Such beauty and kind people.
One of a kind place. Such beauty and kind people. Close to cultural and natural sites. Good access to trains and bus for the entire coast. The beaches, the Cap and lighthouse, Marketplace, Picasso museum etc all great. Not over the top with bling but refined and a beauty plus, a great walking town.
A truly wonderful stay. I didn't realise how newly renovated this properly was when I booked. The warmest check-in and check-out process that we've had all throughout Europe. The staff were super friendly staff that really went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, and our room was absolute perfection. Much nicer than what I expected from photographs. The hotel is 3 mins walk from the heart of the action in Antibes and we will most certainly be back. Special thanks for the takeaway coffee during our super early check-out.
Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Decent choice from the continental breakfast. The hotel is 10 minutes or so walk from the train station so was really handy to use as a base for our holiday trips out. The hotel is right in the centre so it's right on the doorstep of some decent restaurants, the old town and the market. However, there were no noise problems.
The addition of a terrace was useful. There is no view from it, but it is a good suntrap.
We had stayed there before and found it very good value with very pleasant staff. The rooms are good size, and the bathroom is very nice. breakfast is not expensive, and very fresh. no hot food, but you will not leave hungry!. The hotel has two stars ,but is a good two star hotel. well placed for the centre of Antibes, and the station. Plenty of good eating places in town to suit all tastes and pockets.
Loved the hosts … very friendly and helpful . Rooms small but had everything we needed . Loved the bread/ croissants for breakfast . Location convenient . walking distance from Antibes Town Centre/ Beach and Juan Les Pins . Felt very comfortable there . Have recommended it to others since . Reasonably priced base for touring Côte d’Azur . Safe free parking in front of hotel on street .
Location, location, location! As mentioned in other reviews, this is super close to old town Antibes action, but in a quiet dead end street.
Air conditioning kept up to the hot outside temperatures.
Refrigerator had an area to make ice and keep things frozen.
Check in and out was smooth and communication clear with the property owner.
The location is in the centre of Antibes and very convenient for all the markets and shops et cetera. It was a completely charming small hotel and excellent value for the price. The staff were exceedingly charming. breakfast error and the bar are very tastefully decorated. It was a joy to stay at such a sweet and charming hotel.
The reception staff really made the stay exceptional. Christopher in particular went over and above to help us...he is a credit to the hotel! Location is good if you want to see more than just the old town as it is a 15 minute walk to the beaches at Juan-les-Pins which are better, as well as only 10 minutes to the old town.
It is not perfect, but it was ok for our 5 nights stay. There is a bus stop close to the hotel that takes you to the city centre. Also you have a very good boulangerie nearby (Boulangerie Ange) and a McDonald's and a big Carrefour. Good value for money for a hotel in August on the coast.
best location, both for Antibes (next to the market, the beach, the port and inside the old town) but also for the whole Riviera, only 10mins walk to train.
The owner Sophia offers excellent hospitality and is guinunely taking good care of guests. They also have a very good restaurant
This is a beautiful place to stay. Dry comfortable bed, quiet, and right in Antibes. It was my first time to southern France but I will definitely come back k to stay here again. Holly is a wealth of knowledge about the area with spot-on restaurant and other recommendations.
Excellent location. You can walk into old town or over to Juan les pins. Very good Italian right next door. Hotel room on the small side and a little sparse but lovely and comfortable. This is a great hotel for the price and I recommend it. Staff friendly and hotel spotless.
awesome location right in old town Antibes with easy walk to tons of restaurants. delicious breakfast buffet with fruits, breads, jams, hard boiled eggs and coffee. great view over square from room with small balcony to sit out on!
Very good location- beach in front of the hotel and near to old town. Big room size. Liked coffe making possibility and complimentary water, biscuits and coffee every day. Also good breakfest.
large parking and easy to join the hotel. the personal of the hotel is very good and understand your queries
mention special for the employee of restaurant, great value and excellent service
It's such a lovely apartment, in the centre of old town Antibes. We walked everywhere and received incredible restaurant and bar recommendations. Fantastic stay!
