No wifi in the property?! The sky lights, which were shown in the pictures of the property at the time of booking, we were not allowed to open them. There were warnings on the walls not to open them?! On asking the Sabine, she said it's not allowed? The neighbourhood was very run down. There is no light at night outside the building, so it was very hard to find

The residence has a good location in a quiet area. There are plenty of parking places, no charge. It can be crowded sometimes, mainly in vacations or hollydays. Seems to be a very popular place for French, 90% of the cars had French license plates. Restaurants have very good food in the area (not quite cheap though). Wonderful paths in the woods for walking or biking, nice thermes, swimming pool, ice skating and skiing (indoor). Overall i think it's a good ratio between the price and the offer.

The location of the hotel is a wonderful family-oriented area in a quiet corner of this place. It was easy to find being located on a one-way road. The check-in procedure was easy to complete and access to room was without issue. We were pleased with the cleaniless of the room and everything that we found in the room there were no evident problems, we appreciated the welcome pack, as a nice touch for the arrival. The remainder of the stay was without issue, the bed was comfortable and we slept peacefully. The breakfast was delivered promptly in the morning, however we were a little disappointed with the options that were provided, being a little one-dimensional in it's variety. It was sufficent however provided only sweet options. Overall we felt it was a pleasant stay, with no complaints for the duration of our stay.
