Breakfast and room were fantastic! Staff were efficient, professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room (junior suite) was very nice also.

Breakfast was excellent, coffee in the room was better than in the breakfast area though. The complimentary drink was very welcome and the bottle of cinzano was a wonderful surprise when we came back one evening. The room was absolutely spotless every day, the bed beautifully made and staff were always welcoming and polite. Would definitely recommend and if we ever return to Seville we would definitely choose your hotel.

The hotel was in a lovely location with lots of local cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there
It was 12 euros taxi into Seville Old Town
Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.

Pardon me for this but I forgot the guy at the front desk but I won't forget what he did for a guest (me was the guest), If all the hotel staff all around the globe could be like that front desk 's critical thinking? I think all hotels will have a wonderful customer service in any online survey platforms or websites.. I used to work in a hotel industry through the other end of the line and I know exactly what could cheer a guest up upon checking in and that exactly what he did. Management should gave him extra bonus .
Excellent staff and service. Carmen extremely helpful on reception and Jorge and other bar staff very kind, friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean and quiet. It is incredibly useful to be able to park the car here. We used the metro and found a stop, which enabled us to walk back to the hotel rather than depending on the shuttle. Uber and taxi is reasonable if you want to stay later in the centre of Seville.
Check in and check out was smooth, great Christmas decorations and beautiful hall. Nice welcome table with water and crackers for kids.
Free parking. We liked that it was the close to the centre and because we had a car this was a hotel that offered free parking and close to supermarkets.
The staff were very accommodating, the reception area and dining facilities were great. The pool area was also good and well run. The free bus to the metro station was a plus too as the metro station into sevlle was quite a walk away from the hotel.
Nice sized rooms with real windows, everything you need apart from a kettle. Lovely restaurant, amazing breakfast I could have sat at for hours! Customer service all very friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Nice hotel decor.
Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. It was easy to get to the centre. Shuttle bus was running every 10-15 minutes, which takes to the metro station. Nice and helpful reception staff.
Really nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice, well prepared dishes and some nice vegetable options.
The hotel facility was quite large, but very attractive architecturally.
Great looking hotel at the entrance, renovated, bright, wow. Location also not bad at all if you are with a car. it was nice to have a drink at the bar lobby.
