To do the check in was a very long process. A large group arrived and they took a lot of time with each person. We would have liked the staff to be sensitive to the rest of the people in line and offer some help. Or more staff come in to help eith the line. We just had to get our key and had to wait long.

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. The rest of the staff were rather helpful too. The rooms were very neat and clean. Shuttle service from the airport and back to the airport can be arranged by a phone call after you land. But just message them beforehand. The hotel is like 10mins away and is in an ideal for transit. The breakfast spread was good value.
