To do the check in was a very long process. A large group arrived and they took a lot of time with each person. We would have liked the staff to be sensitive to the rest of the people in line and offer some help. Or more staff come in to help eith the line. We just had to get our key and had to wait long.

Loved the breakfast and the rooftop bar. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The downstairs bar had really good service. The room was very clean. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was also very good value for money. The food in the roof top bar was amazing. The sangria is a must.

The room are spacious and spotless. I got room service and the food was amazing. I had the burger and their homemade flan for dessert. It it beautifully presented and lovely flavors.
