It is very clean, the room is cleaned on demand by hanging the sign on the outer doorknob; the towels are changed once in two days. Breakfast (buffette) is very good (always fresh fruits and local extra virgin olive oil which is fantastic). The central position of the hotel is another plus - close to the centro historico, to all cafes, restaurants, shops, museums, bus station...

The man who ran the place was very helpful and friendly. We were traveling by bicycle and were able to carry them up to the room and keep them inside (no elevator).The location is very good if you want to be in the heart of Jaen. In Spain this often also means that bars and restaurants will be very lively and noisy until at least midnight. We were there on a Saturday night. There are several right next to the hotel.
