There is an elevator in the building which is very useful.
There is an elevator in the building which is very useful. At night, the town is very quiet so can sleep comfy. The room and the bathroom were clean. Hot water in shower and sink which is needed when is cold outside. The sheets were confortable. The transportation, which is offered for free by the hotel, was very organized and takes you to Interlaken in 6 minutes. Transportation is usually every 30 minutes but it makes it even easier if you check the schedules in the SBB Mobile app, the buses and trains always arrive and depart at the times shown on the app, that makes the whole experience stress-free. The bus station is very close to the hotel and the hotel is located in the main street so it’s easy to get there in a couple of minutes even with your luggage.

Ringgenberg seemed like a silent town away from nestled interlaken with serene river side and views to the mount. I would love to visit again for exploring castle, lake around. This time it was just a place to crash with too high plan outside the town always.

Me and my husband stayed there for 5 days and we had wonderful time. Tania and her husband were so nice and humble. The hotel got a beautiful lake just in front, you can enjoy your day with a decent breakfast with this amazing view. The neighbourhood was perfect, it takes only 3 mins to go to Interlaken by train.
They even packed a breakfast for us on our last day since we needed to leave early. Highly recommend ❤️

The location of the hotel is very good.
The location of the hotel is very good. With a free bus (2 every hour) in a few minutes you are in the downton Interlaken and at the train station.
The room is cleaned daily and you will receive 2 small bottles of water and 2 coffe capsule.
Beds could be more comfortable and the Wifi more reliable.
It's probably the best location for the price you pay
Incredible value for the area. Staff was professional, the room was spacious and clean. Sure, the shower could use some updating, but water pressure and heat were great. Excellent selection of English stations on the tv as well. Bus comes every 30 minutes, always on time and per the schedule. Quiet area just outside Interlaken with a perfect little grocery store across the street. Again, unbelievable value for this part of Switzerland. I would totally stay again.
This is my second time this year at the hotel and I have already booked my third time as well.
The hotel is wonderful, with the most amazing lake view.
The room is spotless clean and the bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night sleep.
The people working there are absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful, I had the feeling of being part of a family.
Breakfast is very nice with lots of options.
The view from our room was the reason we chose to stay there, and it definitely lived up to our hopes! It was fantastic waking up in the morning to such a wide view of the lake and mountains. The room was also well equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast options were much wider than any B&B/hotel we usually stay in. To top it off the staff were lovely and very helpful.
It was just like being at home. All the facilities we needed, everything worked perfectly, and was easy to find and operate. And after many apartments with dim lighting it was lovely to have perfect lighting . Of course it's not a hotel but we found it far more comfortable. And yes the car park is a little tight so do be careful especially if you arrive at night like we did
By far my favorite hotel of our trip. We had an incredible view of Lake Brienz from our balcony (3rd floor). We only stayed one night but definitely be back. The owners are gracious hosts. It’s such a cute, cozy, and quaint hotel. It’s a unique experience with so much more to offer than a big chain hotel. The breakfast was delicious and had quite a variety. Great wifi.
The location, the hosts & the room size were good. It is an old hotel which has it's own charm. Free car parking throughout the duration of the stay. The guest card provided by the hotel allows the guests to travel in & around the Interlaken city for free in the public transport.
Great size and clean room and very welcoming friendly host. Fantastic view right on the lake with a great terrace for drinks and relaxing. Ringgenberg is a much better location than the touristy hustle and bustle of interlaken. Breakfast was excellent as well. Easy parking.
The hotel and rooms were very clean. There is a coffee machine in the room which is a convenience. Opposite the hotel there is a small grocery store with everything you need. The location is good for touring the area. Quiet and peaceful town.
A little slice of heaven ~ Absolutely stunning location right on the lake. A family owned and operated hotel. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Spoke with the owner on multiple occasions he was very friendly.
Marco was super helpful in receiving us and dropping us back in Ringgenberg bus stop so we could avoid steep walk with luggages.
The Apartment we booked had a great view and was very comfortable with options to cook.
(I) Excellent lakeside location and view, (II) relax and quiet ambience, (III) clear night sky for stargazing, (IV) very welcoming and helpful host (Thank you Ms Diana), (V) bus available for trip to Interlaken
The location was absolutely amazing. The staff are the kindest people I ever met. We drove and I love the fact that they have hotel parking and they give you a bus ticket that takes you down town for free.
