The hotel looks nice on the outside and on the inside. Room was very clean and big enough for everyone staying. The staff was so nice and helpfull with everything. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is near the airport. We left the car in front of the hotel and a shuttle drove us to the airport. The driver was happy and talkative at 3.30 in the morning. Amazing!
Their is also a pizzeria Grande 5 min walk from the hotel opened till 22.00. Nice food and polite personnel.

Staff at the reception was great, exceeded 4 star level of service, but unfortunately hotel itself is not even close to a 4 star. Outdated, rooms and reception (no room keys as a cards, no 24/7 reception service, etc.) is not following 4 star standards. As an assistant general manager in 4 star hotel in Dubrovnik, I know what I'm talking about. Air condition in room 001 is not working so you can check it out. Didn't use buffet due to short visit and early flight but what I saw at the dinner time it looked good, small but functional buffer and smiling waitresses what is a good sing. All in all, staff seams very professional and experienced but they deserve much, much better conditioned hotel. Good luck!

It was nice and cosy hotel. It's near a bus station (26A) and there is good kebab shop (150m) near the hotel and coffee salon also near (300m). The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. Host is kind.
