Our whole stay was like a dream. The room was cosy and spacious. We really enjoyed our time in the sauna after returning from the ski slopes. All the staff were absolutely kind and helpful, Diana, Thomas and Kamilla went out of their way to provide excellent service and make our stay memorable. Furthermore, what I also have to highlight is the catering. Thanks to Chef Daniel, we were treated like a king. Varied and extremely delicious food was served for dinner every night. In addition to the salad buffet, mouth-licking soups, entrees and a choice of 3 main courses ( always including a vegetarian option and fish ) and a dessert were on offer. I was overwhelmed by the way food was served as well, so I would definitely give 5 *s for the taste and the look. My special requests - due to food allergy - were accommodated duly as well. It was the first time for us here, but we hope to return and we definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Everything was perfect. Quite place to stay, close to all amenities, very friendly and helpful staff.
Room, bathroom and toilet were very clean. We stayed in Junior suit with one double bed and one king size bed for 4 days. Matrasses, pillows and coats were nice. Room has a balcony, two tv sets, cattle and coffee machine.
Breakfast was amazing and dinner was delicious.
There are always fresh fruits and special tonic water at the receiption.
Access to public Swimming pool was arranged by hotel. It's just 5 min walk. You should pay some extra if would like to visit sauna.
Thank you hotel staff. They made our stay amazing!

Lovely village, perfect for a short break. Downhill skiing is limited but perfect for beginners with excellent ski school and easily accessible nursery slope. Several red and blue runs through the trees, but unfortunately we were too late in the season so snow was poor. Great base for walking. Nice place in Summer, but 2 or 3 days would have been enough. Not many restaurants or shops and limited opening hours in Summer. Filzmoos is a great location to stay, located at the middle of Salzburg area. The place is great for winter activities but not less for summer attractions. I especially want to recommend to do some hiking on the mountains surrounding the area.IdoIsrael - 8.0Scored 8.0

Very good hiking and biking in summertime. We had visited the town before in winter for cross country skiing that we also very nice with a unique track at higher elevation (and thus scenery). For this summer stay we did some nice hikes, many choices at all levels and distances and… great huts for a break, lunch, etc. We saw many (mountain)bikers too, did not do this but if we had known upfront certainly would have considered it.

We appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the apartment, excellent amenities, and cleanliness. The advantage is the proximity of the tour bus stop and Infocenter and good opportunities for hiking. The wide range of fresh food in the local market was also surprising. - The aggresive cock in the garden.

Typical peaceful alpine village. Petrol station, shopping, ATM is available. If you arrived back from hiking lately and need some food, the pizzeria open up to 22:00. The Dachstein cable car is about 20 min. with car. The road quality is excellent. Lot of hiking trails in the neighborhood.

The apartment is more than perfect for a family. The kitchenette is well equipped with whatever crosses your mind to need. The balcony crosses both rooms and it has chairs to enjoy your drinks there. The bathroom is split into shower room and toilet so for long stys that is a plus. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good ... it should have more eggs if you ask me 😊

Alpina is not the newest building, but the owners really care about the rooms and the building, they keep everything clean and functional. Also it is great location and good value for money. The village is very typically Austrian and focussed on the tourist business. On the same street were about 10 more hotels. Every Friday night the local marching band and choir (includig the mayor) give a performance in the village square.
