Excellent location. Short walking distance from union metro station which is less than 15 mins metro ride from the airport, giving the room at 9am the day of check in which was great when the temp outside is 36 degrees, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and nice outdoor pool area.

Smart, if a little dated hotel right on the Creek - quite a way from Downtown / the Burj Khalid, etc. and maybe 45 mins from Jumeirah Beach Resort. Close enough to walk (if you're brave) along the Creek and to the souks / old town.
