Located near main road, but still pretty quite. Room was sparkling clean and new when I arrived. Nothing was really missing, bed was very comfortable. The owner lady was very welcoming and helpful. I asked if it could be possible to visit spa facilities beforehand and everything was prepared for me in time of arrival. Spa is new, clean with saunas and jacuzzi, I really enjoyed it and will definitely come back again in the future.

well we liked everything. 🤗 we stayed here for 6 nights. we booked 2 rooms in K-house. all was very clean, comfy and cozy. downstairs there were amazing dining&chill zone with big dining table, couch on the another end of the room and with terrace outside. you can find there everything, from coffee machine to oven, microwave, grill, big fridge and so on. 😊 you can cook yourself dinner or breakfast there. as well, I want to say thank you for the owner, she is very responsive and very helpful. 😊 location is very good! not far away from mountains and almost in the city center. I would definitely would stay there for the second time, no doubts in that. than you again for amazing stay!

The breakfast is plenty and very delicious. The room is spacious and clean. The river was flowing in front of our window and it was great to fall asleep to the sound of it. It is also great that it is not next to the traffic which gave us peace and quiet.

The room was basic but very clean and had all a person needs. Comfortable beds, nice smell of bedding, Monika is a wonderful host, super welcoming, organised and kind. We were very impressed with how well the place is run. Highly recommended and definitely will come back for a longer stay as Liptovsky Mikulas is beautifully settled and the town is pretty too.
