This recently renovated apartment is located 1.8 km from Almirante Reis Beach and 2 km from Gorgulho - Gavinas Beach. The rooms come with a balcony. The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

Boasting a rooftop pool and views of mountain, Blue House is a recently renovated apartment situated in Ponta do Sol, 70 metres from Lugar de Baixo Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. The apartment has family rooms. Everything is impeccably clean! All the locks are digital and work very well. Our "room" was essentially a full blown apartment, equipped with a kitchen, leaving room, bathroom and bedroom. Everything is beautifully decorated, making you feel comfortable from the start. There are common areas where you can hangout and the heated pool is a wonderful spot to end your day. Congratulations to Juvenal for his fantastic work with Blue House, for his hospitality, and for providing us with a truly remarkable experience! 💙

Isabel is very kind and helpful. Beautiful farming area with lots of hiking trails nearby, but also a short drive to the amazing ocean baths in town.

Our entire experience with Diogo was amazing. He was hands on from the beginning with quick responses, corresponding with us 2 days before our arrival, guiding us to the hotel, allowing us an early check in and went as far as assisting us with our onward travels. The apartment was modern and well equipped and exactly as described on Booking and the pics. Location was central and within walking distance to bus stops, La Vie shopping mall and promenade. Aeroport bus stop is directly in front of LA Vie Centre. Thank you Diogo for being the best host thus far on our travels.

Sarah has been super nice with me and gave me a warm welcome when i arrived, showed me everything and gave me some tips about the city of Funchal or globally the island. the appartement was super clean and comfy and looked exactly as on the pictures. the pool on the roof top is not big but perfect enough to relax after long day of walking / hiking, and there are long chair and ombrella as well, this is very quiet ! also the appartement is located very close from city center and very easy to access ! a perfect place !

Spacious studio in newly renovated building. Good sound isolation! I was in March so no AC was not an issue for me, not sure how it would go during summer. Washing and drying machine is a great touch!
