We didn't have any problems contacting him (them) or entering the accomodation since he replied our messages within 10 minutes. The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. It offers basic kitchen supplies and bathroom essentials which is I think really important if you don't wanna bother yourself with liquids in your carry-on luggage. The hosts also offer you a welcome drink 😊 City centre is within 10 minutes walking distance which is super easy if you're visiting the city for a few days. I highly recommend this accomodation and would rent it again.

The windows did great at blockimg noise when closed.

The location in Gent was super convenient and easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Also close to transportation, a grocery store, and restaurants. It worked out great for our family of four and made us feel like locals.
