Customer experience approach of all team is exceptional - they will do all they can to make your stay outstanding. It goes without saying the facility is top notch - rooms are modern, hotel is well situated in a quiet area, sauna is a plus and breakfast is varied and tasty :). The location was amazing, a personal waterfall five meters removed from the front door and sight of the Krimmler. Richard is a lovely guy with insight info into great hiking trails. Rooms were clean and straightforward. Breakfast was nice and simple. We would definitely go again.

Everything was perfect, great location, 5 minute walk to center of Sankt Gilgen. Great view from the balcony at the lake. Appartment was clean, well equipped. Host provided fresh food, some candy and coffee for free. We had great time.
