In room you don't hear neighbours and that is a very big +.

From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the level of hospitality and professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff. The hotel management, the kitchen crew, housekeeping, and every single employee went above and beyond to make my stay feel like a home away from home. Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and all other staff members were incredibly friendly and visibly passionate about their work. Their happiness and willingness to assist at any time added a special touch to my stay, making it evident that they aim to leave a lasting impression on their guests, not because they are instructed to, but from the heart. The hotel’s unique charm, coupled with its strategic location on the ski slope, its remarkable staff, and the exquisite culinary offerings, made my stay an experience I will cherish forever.

L'apartament és nou, net i té totes les facilitats necessàries per a una estada. Una cuina equipada, una zona de sofà i televisió, balcon, i una habitació separada amb els llits. A més a més hi trobareu una rentadora i secadora que és molt útil en el cas d'una estada més llarga. El lavabo és espaciós. Nice cozy hotel. Really appreciate the stuff attitude, the young man at the reception was very polite and helpful with all our request. The room was cozy and spacious with comfy beds. Spa part was exactly what was needed after all day hiking, not busy, even though the hotel was fully occupied

Very nice and clean hotel with fantastic service beginning from the very helpfull sir in the reception, restaurant waiters, to the service man who repaired my broken boot (big thank you - it worked even on the Śnieżka peak) :-)! The historical place with the greate and calm atmosphere in the middle of mountains.It was really pleasure spend time here.Thank you for all, we will come back again for sure.
