The luxurious Melia Grand Hermitage on a quiet hillside is only 100 metres away from the beach and is within easy reach of the centre of the Golden Sands resort. All rooms offer free WiFi access.

Great place with extremelly spacious rooms, a place where the concept “All Inclusive” stands out:the food it’s available all day long, the most important place in the building(the bar, ofcourse) also available till midnight with a wide variaty of drinks for everyone; guarded underground parking and loads of things to do inside & outside of the hotel plus everyone was so attentive(starting with the ppl from reception, bar & dinning area too). Every night around 20.30 they’ve had a 30’ show for kids(dancing&singing) where after 21.00 the adults show came into action and you would’ve been entertain by the host till almost midnight. Strongly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage and we would gladly return here with pleasure.

    We were glad our hotel was at the end of the boulevard from Golden Sands, so it was nice and calm, no noise from partying people and loud bars or cafe's Glad I didn't book a hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle because that would have cost us a lot of sleep.... We didn't go out for a drink of dinner because our hotel provided us with this. We just walked and looked around what was for sale in the many stalls with clothes and bags and touristic stuff you can buy abroad.

    Pretty standard East European seaside resort. Beach filled with cigarette butts, with dirty umbrellas and beach furniture. A lot of shops eith overpriced items, and restauranta with mostly overpriced foods. Some kids attractions that might be interesting for them for a few days.

    Really enjoyed the park hotel Odessos.

    Really enjoyed the park hotel Odessos. Food was delicious and a variety each day. The only fault was the kids play ground. Only had two things in it. . Could benefit from a swing and or additional piece of play equipment.

    If you expect a quality experience, either look for a 5 stars hotel or go further south. Golden Sands is overcrowded. It fits low-budget travelers and people who don't care about quality services. There is only a handful of high-end hotels and these are very expensive.

    As long as i can find a lot of improvements in the...

    As long as i can find a lot of improvements in the restaurants, quality of food and service, some places, i.e. bars the staff is very arrogant, they keep trying to make money for the whole season in a day without moving a finger, etc. Surely a modern resort that wants to grow cannot charge people for basic needs, i.e. WC, and on top of having different prices for foreigners or Bulgarians. Those are cheap tricks that push people away so Bulgarian tourism will keep suffering until those very basics are not fixed.

    Holiday in Bulgaria/ Golden Sands 😔 At first sight was looking good ! Next day I have started to see reality: room wasn’t clean , toilet paper ..you have to ask from the cleaning person ( and she didn’t understand English) , food wasn’t too much diversity….only 3 courses was really good ! For all inclusive 4 stars it was disappointing…. even towels for pool , you have to guarantee with money ! If it was like 2 stars hotel ,actually! It was an experience….the last one in this part of tourism !

    I enjoyed the room very much, big and confortable, especially the big bathroom with a tub and a shower cabin (very useful) and the beautiful view of the sea and the pool. Food was good, especially the breakfast. Also loved the warm indoor pool (30 degrees Celsius) which definetely made for a nice time during rainy days. Other pluses would be the parking, the obvious proximity to the beach and the center of Golden Sands and also the helpfull and smiling staff. Overall a very nice experience.

    A good hotel with good services .The facilities , services and food for THE LEVEL were ok .I would probably have expected a bit more diversity in food options and maybe a higher quality. This type of 5 * VIP services are normally coming with live cooking stations and a more fine dining approach, but I would say it was ok for Bulgaria.The LEVEL room was a good size and the AI services satisfying. The kids had a lot of fun trying the water slides and rope park.

    I liked the room very much. There is a lobby bar which works 24h and it's really good that you can drink something all the time. In general bars are really good and you can choose a lot of different drinks. It's a real 5 star All Inclusive Experience. The beach is nice and the pool is very good. All the workers in the hotel are fine. Some of them were really great. Food in a pool bar was awesome. In general, I think this is the best hotel in Golden Sands.

    The room was spacious, really clean and well maintained. Great view of the sea and a nice big balcony! Super comfortable and peaceful and quiet. We were all with an all inclusive option and enjoyed the food as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful (which is not always the case in Bulgarian seaside) so we were pleasantly surprised. Location is good - 5-10 min walk to the beach. Overall great value for the money.

    The hotel is very nice, renovated recently. The bed was very comfortable, on a relatively short distance to the beach (approximately 10 minutes to Golden Sands Beach) and a big pool. We also got a room upgrade, with a balcony and a sea view. It's very clean and modern.

    The staff was friendly. I was there during the off-season. Therefore, only a breakfast buffet when they had a group come. That didn't matter to me. They served a good-sized breakfast every day. Regardless of the small inconveniences, I give this hotel a thumbs up.

    Large rooms with balconies, beautiful gardens, nice pools. Parking was across the hotel and we paid 25 leva per day (make sure to have cash as they didn’t accept cards). If you pay in RON the exchange rate is crazy…
