All staff were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Was a comfortable stay, hotel room had everything we needed for our stay. Cleaners came round everyday and made the room up .

Everything was so good. The weather was a little bit disappointed, coz it was in early April. The hotel and staff was very nice and friendly. The owner I believe was a man and he was so generous with us and our kids, the kitchen staff was amazing, good food, great location, well cleaned. It was a very good experience with 2 kids. We would love to come back again if we come back to Mallorca. Iberaol Siurell thanks 🙏 for this time and thanks for everything.

It is basic but clean,, I had a bed toilet and shower which is all I wanted. I ate breakfast once but wasn't impressed with the food. I picked this hotel for the location which was perfect for what I wanted.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull and smiling which we find the most important. Room, pool, food, hotel and surroundings were beautifull. Please rent bikes at the hotel...it is way cheaper...we did not as we did not know...so we paid almost double. We would recommend this hotel to anyone...by the way the drinks and food at the poolbar was really good...

Plenty of shops and restaurants are decently priced but the beach beds and umbrellas are really expensive in Sa Coma 35 euros for two beds and one umbrella. Spar in Cala Milor is incredibly overpriced.

This location is really good.
This location is really good. We found some very good restaurants on the beach. The main thing is the location on the east coast: beautiful roads leaf in all directions to beat by beaches and sights. Absolutely stunning. Much, much better than our first location during this trip Santa Ponsa. Santa Ponsa is no good and feels way more tacky. The location is great for days out. Absolutely: rent a car when visiting Mallorca. Its the only way to travel. Also: make it a small car. Many roads are extremely narrow! High season on Mallorca was shocking. I will never go back during high season. The crowds really ruined it for us. No parki g, no place on the beach, constant standing in line. Come before middle of june or after 1st of September.

I love Sa Coma, it’s not over built and is generally flat so great for walks, runs, buggy pushing, wheelchairs etc the beach is lovely, shallow in parts so good for little ones to paddle with adults
Great supermarket with everything you will need
Shops and restaurants are lovely, various prices depending on what you fancy but something for everyone
A lovely relaxing holiday if you want it to be or if you want to frequent the drinking establishments all night you can as there’s plenty there and around the surrounding areas 🥂🍻🍹🍾
Lots of activities available - saw loads of hot air balloons early morning and early evening
There is something for everyone - enjoy

The best of Sa Coma is the crystal clear water and fine white sand. The nearby protected landscape is great for running in the morning.
The location itself is just an agglomeration of hotels without any real village or shopping area. So, a rental car is highly recommended to visit other places.

The beach is nice, sandy but crowded.
The beach is nice, sandy but crowded. The water is clear and sometimes there are small waves. There are quite a few restaurants but nothing very fancy. Don't expect romantic dinners by the sea. It's more family oriented. Also no night life if you are into that.

Great for a family who just want to chill out and spend time together. Although the food was t great, I will still recommend booking all inclusive as there are not many restaurants close by.
We loved all the swimming pools, the kids pool and the shows in the evening. The beach is fantastic too. I think this is pretty much the best hotel in this area.
You are warmly welcomed and the hotel is really inviting! The whole staff, from manager to receptionists to waitress and facility workers are all very friendly and helpful, you feel a positive atmosphere all over the place. The hotel is located a 2 min walk from the beach, we found it great so that you do not have any noisy disturbances. The breakfast is delicious! To specially mention the mallorquinean specialties corner, just fantastic! The hotel offers a comfortable pool with bar area!
The staff were all fantastic. Polite, smiley and helpful. Mika assisted us at check in after a 16 hour journey and covid related problems hit us and she couldn’t have done more to make us feel settled and do as much as she can to help us sort our situation. The buffet is complemented by two fresh meat and fish live cooking at each meal which really made a difference and helped us not getting bored with the food after ten days all inclusive.
Staff are very kind and helpful at reception, restaurant, information and cleaning as well. Restaurant is very nice with a big variety of the spanish kitchen including the salad and dessert. Beach a few steps from hotel, also a supermarket as well as the bus station in front of hotel that you can take the bus to Palma or Port Cristo as well as Dragon caves. There is also Spa with sauna and inner pool as well as the hotel main pool.
Good selection for breakfast and lunch. The pools are nice although it was very crowded with people. The bar next to the pool is very nice and offers delicious cocktails and food. The staff at the bar are very mice people. The staff at the reception are also friendly. The hotel had programs in the evenings which was ok and nothing special for our taste compares to other hotels which we have seen in the same area.
Just got back from Palia Sa Coma Playa hotel. We stayed there for 6 nights all inclusive. The hotel is great, two minutes from beautiful sandy beach. Hotel is very family orientated, fantastic for children animation team works hard to entertain little ones. Food is varied with plenty of choice even for fussy eaters. We had room on 6th floor with amazing sea view. Thank you Palia for fabulous holiday.
Beautiful hotel complex, in a great location,. Suitable for families due to its facilities or for older less mobile guests as all very level in the hotel or around the town area as well just reserve a ground floor room. We had all inclusive and were very happy with the variety of meals and drink options constantly available. We would definitely return here again.
Great hotel. Excellent selection of foods.
Pool and hotel/rooms clean. Staff work very hard every day and always friendly.
Just a short walk to the beach.
Always plenty of sunbeds around the pool and gardens.
Not many Brits! (As a Brit this was quite refreshing)
For the price we paid, we would recommend this hotel and definitely return.
Wow, this place is a dream! Incredible location and insane ocean view. Right on the promenade, the hotel is romantic and modern, surrounded by bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Friendly staff who welcomed us on our honeymoon with a complimentary fruit platter and wine. We were all smiles the entire trip.
Location was perfect - 5 minutes walk to the Sa Coma beach (and the same to the S´illot beach). Really great and helpful staff (very nice receptionists, cleaners, kitchen staff), clean room, nice seaview. Food was very good although sometimes kind of many times the same. Parking nearby was cool and free.

Clean and nice pool, hotel was fully booked but did not feel crowded. Rooms were a bit old but clean and totally ok for the price. The staff was relaxed and friendly. Drinks in all inclusive are nice. Nearby beaches are good
Beautiful, luxurious hotel with impeccable service. Loved the pool area and the location of the hotel was right by the sea. Extensive breakfast/restaurant buffets and bar options. Nothing negative to mention there.
An excellent stay at Hotel Marfil Playa. The staff are professional and efficient, the hotel is maintained at high standards and it’s located very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
