Wonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea.
The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves.
I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves brekafast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines.
Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless.
It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return.

The villas were beautiful, exactly like in the photos, with brand new kitchenware and facilities, as well as speakers with BT in every house. There was Domino and card games, and even yoga mats in each house. Our hosts were very responsive and sweet, we communicated through Viber. There was some potential misunderstanding around a deposit in the beginning but they were polite and considerate and we sorted it out very quickly. On the last day, since we had booked all the villas on the property, and it was raining for 90% of our stay with our checkout day as the only sunny one, they were kind enough to let us stay a couple of hours more to sunbathe by the pool! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

The town beach is nothing special, but there are several really nice beaches just 10 minutes drive away from Nikiti. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and amenities in town so overall it's a nice stay.

Nice place with great beaches nearby. Definitely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nice bakery shops, many stores that you can buy pretty much eveything you need. The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. Nikiti is well located for trips along both coasts of Sithonia which has many beautiful beaches. we were there in the second half of October and enjoyed that there was little traffic and empty beaches.

The staff is very nice and helpful, special thanks to Nikola, Evdokia, Valentin, and Steljo. The rooms were cleaned every day. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast had many different options, and for lunch and dinner, you can eat at the taverna. At night, if you don`t feel like going to Nikiti, you can go to the bar near the hotel pool. We had a wonderful stay and will go back for sure.

It was very clean, comfortable, with all the necessities (toilet paper, kitchen sponge, washing liquids). The sheets were changing regularly. We were going at the beach where the hotel is, used their sunbeds for free. I recommend coming here as you don't get just a room, but you get space, comfort.
