The staff were amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. Room was very spacious and open with big windows and great view. Beds and towling were clean and fresh, and room prepared for comfort.

Very helpful staff who showed us how to get around town and what sights to see. Hotel is well set up for the tourist. Good breakfast offered with the tariff.

Location was perfect, overlooking the Chapel Bridge in the middle of the old town. Vouchers for the restaurant were unexpected but very welcome. We used them towards breakfast which was of a very high standard with friendly service.
