Absolutely everything ,the hotel is fantastic as are the staff,room and breakfast. Location is wonderful - right in thd midst of everything.

The hotel is very modern. It is very clean and well laid out. The spa facilities are absolutely fantastic!! The staff were absolutely wonderful. They could not do enough for us whilst we were staying. The views of the lake were breathtaking.

Very close to the restaurants etc in Menaggio, boat hire and the like, and easily accessible as it’s on the main road. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, drinks prices at the bar were very reasonable. Views from hotel and terrace were exceptional.

We thought as a group. that Lake Como was absolutely stunning. Sometimes the streets got a little bit chaotic. but that is the (experiencing) part of travelling.

Great location, very central, nice and modern interior, everything was included, host was very helpful and responsive, views of the lake from the balcony.

Our room was clean and very modern, it had the most beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. The bed was huge and soo comfy and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was served on the veranda with lake views and there was plenty of food choice available for breakfast. Nala who served us was lovely and gave us tips on where to go each day. The family/hosts could not do enough for us. We had torrential rain when we arrived and Chiara collected us from the ferry port, she also gave us umbrellas which were much appreciated! On the day we were due to depart we had a very early start and Chiara’s husband gave us a lift to the ferry port in his tuk tuk! It was a very fun journey and again we really appreciated him going out of his way to help us . The main town of menaggio is about a 20/25min walk, which we did 4 times a day! We love walking so it wasn’t a problem for us but I can see how some people may find this too much . We had the most amazing time with stunning views from this property, we would definitely return and have already recommended this property to friends.
