New and clean. on the river bank. some tables on the green grass. birds and animals (cats and dogs) around. really peaceful. we had the eco bio delicious big breakfast with our feet in the grass listening to the river best to rent the whole place and do a barbecue and smores with friends. has all amnesties to make your own food in the separate room/kitchen near the grill.
