The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also liked the food in the restaurant, and it was nice to be able to hang out on their terrace in the inner court until late, especially seeing that there isn’t much to see or do in Kryvyi Rih. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary toiletries and a kettle.
