Lovely staff, nice good rooms, beautiful property with nice lounges to sit in, fab views, good food... a must go! The staff makes the stay pleasurable. The front garden is wonderful giving unbelievable views.

The place was incredible! There was so much care in the details. The room was clean, warm and cosy. There was a beautiful garden and the centre of Portree was just 10 minutes away by foot. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food. I hope we will be able to come back in the future for a longer stay.

To this day, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. It was my second time with them and I promised myself to come back every year, it literally is a home away from home. The location is superb, the house is immersed in fields and just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful cliffs, everything is so peaceful. Service is outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to suit your needs. The entire stay will feel like you have been transported back in time, with the cozy living room and the fireplace where you can enjoy a whiskey tasting or a refreshing (local!!) g&t after a day of hikes. Rooms are spacious and absolutely beautiful, food is sublime! Cannot recommend this hotel enough, by far one of my favourites ever!!! PS - one of the coziest beds i’ve ever slept in!
