The breakfast was really poor, quality and taste, reheated and coke, the hotel partially refunded straight away. I have written directly to the hotel suggested a full refund should have been offered.

The amount of service charges that were added to the bill. On one occasion, we ordered two cocktails, which were ordered and brought to us at the same time yet we had about £1.70 service charge on one and another £2+ on the other. Just seemed odd to have two lots of service charges on something that was delivered together and approx 10 footsteps away from the bar. The service at breakfast was extremely slow, we had to ask how long it was going to be before our food was on its way. We were also waiting a long time for our coffees. Reception were great in removing these charges for us on check out.

Staff were extremely friendly and the 'cosy' room we stayed in was actually pretty spacious! Shower in the bathroom was nice and powerful and the bed was very comfortable too. The spa was nice and relaxing with a lovely steam room. Loved that we got a call prior to our stay confirming the details along with answering any questions we had. A real nice personal touch.

We received a complimentary upgrade from a cosy to a standard room upon arrival which was a lovely touch! The reception smelled AMAZING - was fully transported to Miami! Super friendly and helpful staff. Wellness centre was wonderful and spa was beautiful. Cocktails and dinner was outstanding! Great value I thought as well for the set menu included in the cost of our stay (half board). The room itself was beautifully decorated, really clean, loved that they gave you cocktail making inspo and pineapple cups! Loved the cookies upon arrival also in the room and the coffee machine. Towels, robes, slippers and bath products were all divine! We LOVED The Nici and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

No carpark although there’s valet.

Clean room n bathroom. Attentive staff at reception. Egg station staff made excellent sunny side up egg with crispy edges round the edges as requested. Mixologist made best whisky sour ever!

Very expensive expected perfection especially as fairly new but found numerous stains, dirt, mould, Scuffed paintwork. Felt like it needed a deep clean and lick of paint in places. Breakfast really should have been included for the price. Lift was a squeeze!

We were upgraded on arrival without asking or complaining just because they had space and we were probably being charged over the odds as we prepaid but they didn’t have to do this and I’ve never had this before. The spa was beautiful, the outside pool sublime something about swimming in a deliciously warm pool in November. I had both to myself. Must be amazing in summer. Wonderful views of the sea. Location literally above the beach, 10 min stroll along the beach to town. Restaurants everywhere. Decor quirky. Staff friendly especially the receptionist that upgraded us.
